How do I schedule my first appointment?
You can schedule your first session by calling our office at 267.377.5598 or submitting a contact form on our website. Once we connect, we’ll match you with a therapist whose approach and availability best fit your needs. We’ll also walk you through what to expect before your first visit.
Do you offer in-person and telehealth sessions?
Yes. We offer both in-person sessions at our offices in Bucks and Montgomery Counties and secure telehealth appointments for clients throughout Pennsylvania. Many clients choose a mix of both, depending on their schedule and comfort level.
How do I choose the right therapist for me?
We’ll help you find a therapist who
fits your needs, preferences, and personality. You can read about our
team and their specialties, or speak
with our intake coordinator who can
guide you toward the best match.
Finding the right fit is an important part
of the healing process.
Whats the difference between an insurance deductible and my copay?
Your deductible is the amount you pay out of pocket for covered healthcare services before your insurance starts to share the cost. For example, if your deductible is $1,000, you’ll need to pay that amount first before your plan begins covering expenses (except for some preventive services).
Your copay is a fixed amount you pay for a specific service after you have paid the whole deductible. Copays are usually smaller, set fees (for example, $20 or $40 per visit) and don’t count toward your deductible unless your plan specifies otherwise.
What is the rate for services if you do not take my insurance or if I do not have insurance?
Our out of pocket rate for counseling services for those without insurance
ranges from $95 to $125, depending on the length and type of session.
Shorter sessions that run 45 minutes are typically on the lower end of the range, while longer sessions 53 - 60 minutes are billed at the higher rate. This allows us to provide flexible options to best meet your needs and goals.
